Chromium Cr: 17.00 ~ 19.00 Ni: to allow vanadium containing ≤ 0.60 V: 0.07 ~ 0.12 Mo Mo: 1.00 ~ 1.30
● Mechanical Properties:
Hardness: Annealed, ≤ 269HB; quenching and tempering, ≥ 55HV
● Heat treatment and microstructure specifications:
Heat treatment specifications: 1) annealing, 800 ~ 920 ℃ slow cooling; 2) quenching, 1050 ~ 1075 ℃ oil cooling; 3) temper, 100 ~ 200 ℃ air-cooled.
Microstructure: Organizing for the martensitic type.
