● Features and application:
4Cr3Mo3SiV hot die steel, H10 steel is the introduction of the United States, there are good hardenability, toughness and high hardness. 4Cr3Mo3SiV alloy tool steel and other steel production can be a substitute 3Cr2W8V hot dies, forging dies, hot roll mold and plastic molding and so on.
● Chemical Composition:
Carbon C: 0.35 ~ 0.45
Si Si: 0.80 ~ 1.20
Manganese Mn: 0.25 ~ 0.70
Sulfur S: ≤ 0.030
Phosphorus P: ≤ 0.030
Chromium Cr: 3.00 ~ 3.75
Ni: to allow the residual content of ≤ 0.25
Copper Cu: to allow the residual content of ≤ 0.30
Vanadium V: 0.25 ~ 0.75
Mo Mo: 2.00 ~ 3.00
● Mechanical Properties:
Hardness: Annealed, ≤ 229HB, indentation diameter ≥ 4.0mm
● Heat treatment and microstructure specifications:
Standard heat treatment: quenching, 790 ± 15 ℃ warm-up, 1010 ± 6 ℃ (salt) or 1020 ± 6 ℃ (controlled atmosphere furnace) heating, insulation 5 ~ 15min, air-cooled, 550 ℃ tempering.
