Annealing process:
Heating temperature of 850 ~ 870 degrees, heat 4 ~ 6H, isothermal temperature of 760 degrees, heat 6 ~ 8H, furnace cool to 600 degrees below baked cooled, hardness 229HBW.
Quenching temperature of 960 ~ 980 degrees, oil-cooling or air-cooled, hardness 62HRC; tempering temperature of 280 to 300 degrees, tempering 3 times, each time 1H. Tempering hardness 60 ~ 62HRC.
High-temperature quenching, tempering temperature (1030 degrees quenching, tempering 520 degrees three times) of the die steel with high wear resistance and hot hardness. A lower temperature quenching, low temperature tempering (900 ~ 980 degrees quenching, tempering 200 ~ 290 degrees) of the mold has good strength and toughness.
