[Main features]

Cold plastic deformation of the middle, cutting is acceptable but poor welding. Compared with 30Mn2 steel, high carbon content, has a higher strength, wear resistance and hardenability, quenching in oil, the critical diameter of 7.5 ~ 20mm, but the ductility was slightly lower, and the sensitivity of white spots overheating and temper brittleness and tendency to form cracks easily when water quenching tendency.

[Application Examples]

General state of quenched and tempered or normalized used in the manufacture of heavy and medium machine can be used as connecting rod, spindle, axle, crank, cold heading bolt stress requirements such as high mechanical parts; in agricultural machinery, used as a shovel hoe, hoe shovel handle and other wear-resistant parts; in the manufacture of small cross section (diameter <20mm) instead of 40Cr steel parts can be used.
