● Features and application:

With high tensile strength, ductility and toughness as well as non-magnetic, even if parts to wear thin, able to withstand large impact loads without rupture, can be used for casting all kinds of impact-resistant wear parts such as ball mill liners, mining bucket teeth, crusher teeth plate and so on. Generally used for complex structure, the main requirements to the high impact toughness castings, such as track shoes, bucket wall, beam lifting and so on.

● Chemical Composition:

Carbon C: 0.90 ~ 1.20

Si Si: 0.30 ~ 0.80

Manganese Mn: 11.00 ~ 14.00

Sulfur S: ≤ 0.050

Phosphorus P: ≤ 0.070

● Mechanical Properties:

Tensile strength σb (MPa): ≥ 735 (75)

Elongation δ (%): ≥ 35

Impact toughness αku (J/cm2): ≥ 147

Hardness: ≤ 229HB

● Heat treatment and microstructure specifications:

Standard heat treatment: quenching, 1060 ~ 1100 ℃, water-cooled.

   With strong quality, have a tough test.
