● Features and application:
Low parathion composite free cutting steel, the cutting is better than 30 steel, heat treatment process is basically the same, equal to or somewhat less sensitive to quenching crack, according to the part shape, the complexity of the selected quenching media. Requirements for the manufacture of high strength non-heat treated standard parts can also be used to make heat treatment. Y30 processed into small parts, can be quenched in order to improve life.
